You don't need a perfect chair or a standing desk to ease desk-related back pain. These small, realistic changes help most people feel looser within a couple of weeks.

See all questionsNo. You can book directly with us without seeing your GP first. If we ever think you need a scan or a medical opinion, we will explain why and write to your GP for you.
Your initial assessment lasts 60 minutes. We start by listening to your story, then look at how you move, explain what we think is going on in plain English, begin treatment and agree a plan together. You will leave knowing exactly what to do next.
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Please bring shorts for knee, hip or ankle problems, and a vest top for neck or shoulder problems.
It depends on your problem and your goals. Many people need between three and six sessions, and some only need one or two. We will give you an honest estimate at your first appointment and never book you in for more than you need.
By card or contactless at the end of each appointment. We can give you a receipt for every session, which is handy if you are claiming on health insurance.
